Update Installation Instructions
CashierPRO is always being updated with suggestions from you. To take advantage of the latest developments, keep your system up to date with the following updates. You must apply the update to each computer that has CashierPRO Installed.
Download the update to a portable USB Drive.
Make sure all computers are out of CashierPRO.
From the CashierPRO Database Utility, perform the Backup Databases function
From the CashierPRO Database Utility, Stop All Databases
On each computer including the server do the following:
- Insert the USB Drive. A window should open showing you the downloaded update.
- Double-click on the update you want to apply.
- When prompted, click Next (3 times).
- When the Patch is installed, Click Finish.
- From the CashierPRO Database Utility, Start All Databases
- Test that each machine is working properly.
